times square...naked cowboy...advertisments!!!

Had a few minutes to walk through times square today...here's what I saw...  It is fascinating to me to think about the money spent in times square just on advertising!  Everywhere you look is an ad of some sort...oh yeah... and a somewhat naked cowboy!   cheers!

Pics from the annual Columbia College Chicago photojournalism seminar ("30 years of PJ love").  An excellent event put on mainly by current and former PJ students of the legend: John H. White.  I think it would be safe to say: John is the father of photojournalism... yeah??... well at the least in Chicago!  By the way this event was also a celebration of Mr. White's 30 years of teaching photojournalism at Columbia!!!  

NOTE:  John inspires many..his classes aren't just about photography...they are about LIFE!
